Breath & Posture.

I invite you to learn the anatomy of breathing, and through a movement practice, explore how our alignment can support our breath, and vice versa.

When: Saturday, June 29th, 10:30am-12:30pm

Who: Up to 4 participants

Cost: $40, Including tea and homemade baked goods

What: My goal for our two hours together, is to offer you information about the different breathing apparatus in our body, and to explore how we can, through our movement practice, work towards a more efficient breath and clearer posture. The workshop will be a combination of “lecture” and movement, so that you can embody what you are learning in real-time.

You don’t need any prior experience.
