During pregnancy we work with breath and awareness to keep you safe and strong. Your changing body craves to keep moving, and your joints could really use the support and strength of your muscles. We work on preparing your body for birth but also preparing it for the demands of having a newborn.

About 6 weeks after delivery we go back to the studio and help the body in the healing process. The reality of a new mom includes a lot of the same forward oriented movements (holding the baby, breastfeeding, changing diapers, bending over to pick him up). In the studio we offer to balance out your body with symmetrical, opening movements.
