FAQs

Q. I have never done Pilates before, how do I start?

To start, all you need is your body. You don’t need to be “in shape” or have specific clothes.

Try the new client offer: 3 privates for the price of 2.

Q. I have an injury, can I still come in?

Yes! Pilates was created for injured soldiers, so the equipment we use allows people with injuries to heal and recover their strength. I love working with physical therapists/doctor notes, so if you have one, bring it with you.

Q. Do you offer classes?

I currently offer private and semi-private. One reason is the size of the studio, and also, I believe working in such a personal setting allows progress much faster.

I offer virtual classes, first class is free!

Q. How often should I come in?

It’s really up to you. If Pilates is the only physical exercise you do, I would recommend twice or three times a week. If you do yoga, hike, ski or any other form of movement, once or twice a week might feel like enough.

Q. Where is the studio?

The studio is located up Lee Hill Drive, about 15 minutes drive from north Boulder.

Q. What equipment do you have in the studio?

Currently I have a Balance Body Reformer (Centerline), Balance Body chair (Centerline), Spine corrector, Springboard, and small props (Magic circle, balls, Therabands, Franklin Method balls, etc.)

Q. I am pregnant/ just had my baby, can I come in?

Yes! I specialized in working with new moms and moms-to-be. Pilates is a great way to prepare your body for birth and to heal after having your baby.
